"Life Changing!" Initially, she coached me in regards to my management skills in a fast-paced, challenging work environment. She helped me objectively view situations and the demands of my position. We discussed simple skills for me to implement and new ways to approach assignments/daily tasks that immediately improved my job performance and level of satisfaction.
