What is Coaching?

Coaching is a pro-active, optimistic interaction that focuses on peoples inherent strengths. It facilitates the actions that take people from where they are in their personal or professional lives to where they want to be.

How it works

First, you will have a preview of the process with a complimentary telephone coaching session that will last an hour, max. We'll schedule a time convenient for both of us and we will determine the potential for successful partnership.


If we're both comfortable that progress can be made, we'll schedule coaching sessions, again maximum an hour in length, to be conducted either over the phone or in person, whichever you prefer. Some feel accomplishment after three months, others may want sessions for a year. In any case, sessions are held once a week and there will be homework. At the end of each month progress toward established goals will be reviewed.


COST
It will cost you your own commitment of time. It will cost you what you might spend on a weekend vacation, a fitness regiment, or any other activity where your goal is self-improvement or rewarding you for a lot of effort.
